We partner with other aged care providers, hospitals and local councils to:

  • offer all home care services to clients in regions where they do not have available staff
  • deliver services for one or more clients that have requested to use our staff
  • case manage and coordinate the care plan of clients
  • offer nursing care programs as needed
  • deliver their home and community care programs.

We make it easy for other providers to meet the needs of their clients by offering seamless care planning and ensuring that they are kept informed. We are responsive to feedback and how we can improve the experience for their clients at all times.

All our staff members have police clearances and a minimum Certificate III level of qualification, meaning that we are able to broker services for home care packages, Department of Veteran's Affairs programs, home and community care, and any other Government or private-funded initiative where quality standards must be met.

For home care providers that have difficulty servicing level one or two clients we are particularly beneficial at stepping in to ensure that all their needs are met and they are happy in their home.
