White Oak recognised for quality care
We are pleased to announced that White Oak met 18 out of 18 expected outcomes of the Home Care Standards in the routine Home Care Quality Review completed today by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.
The Home Care Common Standards outline expected outcomes that aged care providers must demonstrate for effective management practices, appropriate access and service delivery, and commitment to upholding your rights and responsibilities.
While all home care providers must demonstrate this level of compliance, at White Oak we take it one step further.
We voluntarily hold the internationally-recognised ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification. This verifies from an independent auditor that we can demonstrate a commitment to quality management, and shows that we can be trusted to deliver the services that you can rely on in your homes.
Combined with these two programs is our most important measure of quality, and and that is to find out what you think about our service. You are our most important measure of how we are doing. Clients often tell us that it is our attention to the details that matter to them that makes them satisfied with recommending to their family and friends. We pay attention to the things that matter to you, because this matters to us too.
If you have any suggestions for how we can continue to deliver you everything that you want for services in your home, let us know right away. We are only too happy to assist you in any way that we can.
Together, all these programs show that quality and care is at the core of everything we do at White Oak.
