Meet the White Oak Team

White Oak’s management structure consists of a highly qualified team of two owner operators (Mary Lonergan, a Registered Nurse and Angela Anderson, an Occupational Therapist), Operations Manager, a Systems Manager, Care Service Co-ordinators, Case Managers, Accounts Manager, Schedulers & Administration Staff.

All staff are committed to providing the highest standard of service delivery from request for services right through to the hands on care. Customers are guaranteed that their requests are treated with respect and confidentiality at all times.

The clinical support staff includes a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and qualified Support workers. The company also utilizes the services of contracted Allied Health professionals who have extensive experience in community rehabilitation. White Oak Home Care Service has a demonstrated commitment to staff training and development and encompasses both internal and external training programs to maintain staff skills and knowledge base. A minimum requirement for staff is a current national police clearance and completion of Certificate III Community Aged Care. Clinicians who have extensive experience in Community Health supervise these staff.

Both Directors have current professional clinical registration and are active members of industry peak bodies advocating for improvement in community care programs. They have both presented at international conferences on global aged care issues, and have a long term commitment to achieving Best Practice Standards in community care that will underpin consumer focused outcomes. Unlike other organisations who claim to have internal auditing measures White Oak can proudly exhibit an international endorsement of its quality control systems and through it’s excellent team of staff demonstrate that education training and a personal approach to both internal and external customers is what makes the difference.
