The white oak team
The company's management structure consists of a highly qualified team including two Directors (Mary Lonergan, a Registered Nurse and Angela Anderson, an Occupational Therapist) Accounts Manager, Care Service Co-ordinators, Clerk Scheduler, Reception & Administration Staff.
The clinical support staff includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and personal carers. The company also utilizes the services of contracted Allied Health professionals who have extensive experience in community rehabilitation. White Oak Home Care Service has a demonstrated commitment to staff training and development and encompasses both internal and external training programs to maintain staff skills and knowledge base. A minimum requirement for staff is a current federal police clearance and completion of Certificate III Personal Care. Clinicians who have extensive experience in Community Health supervise these staff.
Both Directors have current professional clinical registration and are qualified work place assessors recognized within the Australian qualifications framework. The Directors are actively involved in the development and maintenance of the company's training program. |
