For the last decade White Oak has been recognised as W.A’s leading private home care organisation providing, compassionate, sensitive, individual assistance to the Perth community, with clients reassured that their family are treated with the highest standards of ethical behaviour.
Our customers include the frail aged, client’s with clinical needs, clients of all ages with disabilities, the veteran population as well as providing additional specialised support services for the terminally ill client.
White Oak is a locally owned and operated company which was established in 1998 by two registered health professionals who to this day are leading their team with an unmatched passion and commitment to customer service and benchmarking care standards in the community sector.
White Oak is noted for its excellence in both case management and comprehensive care delivery offering a real alternative to premature placement in a residential facility or admission to an acute hospital for you or your family member. Support services are available on a live-in or live–out basis for both short term temporary arrangements and long term regular arrangements. The aim of our company is to provide a flexible solution for your individual care requirements. No “one size fits all” care program is ever utilised at White Oak.
White Oak gives you direct access to management and clinical support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week via an on-call telephone service ensuring any issues which you may have can be dealt with immediately. Clinical staff will deal with all emergency care situations and direct staff in the appropriate treatment or referral to professional assistance to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for you.
As part of White Oaks commitment to improving our services to you (White Oak has been a quality endorsed company accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 since September 2001) we welcome feedback and have well established auditing processes to monitor our systems and continually improve our performance.
