7 days per week via an on-call telephone service ensuring any issues can be dealt
with immediately.
Referral Procedure
The Referral process is a streamlined "user friendly" system in which referrals are given by telephone / fax or email. Confirmation of the referral is guaranteed within 15 minutes of receipt into White Oak's office. The client management procedure ensures that all referrals are attended to in a timely efficient manner with planned care able to be initiated within 24 hours of referral.
With emergency referrals, care can be provided within 12 hours or less of referral.
